摘要
以黑果花楸组培苗为试材,采用石蜡切片和叶表皮撕取法,比较正常苗与玻璃化苗茎叶横切面显微结构以及叶表面气孔特征.结果表明,黑果腺肋花楸栅栏组织由2~3层细胞构成,下表皮气孔下陷,小而密集,茎内分布大量导管、筛管.玻璃化苗主脉不明显,细胞排列凌乱不规则,栅栏组织与海绵组织的区别不明显,气孔开口大近圆形,茎肿胀粗大髓腔内薄壁细胞较多、已破裂.
Make the Aronia melanocarpa plantlets in vitro as the material, by the means of paraffin section and tearing leaf epidermis to compare the morphological anatomy structure of leaf, stem and stomatal ap- paratus of vitrified and normal plantlets. The results showed that stomas of lower epicuticle thickness of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot were small and dense, palisade tissue consisted of 2-3 layers of cells, spongy tissue and cell gap were not well-developed, there were abundant vessels and sieve tubes in stem. In con trast, main veins of vitrified shoots were irregular and messy and not obvious. Stomas opened circularly, differentiation between the palisade tissue and spongy tissue was not obvious. The stem was swelling and thick with the parenchyma cells of pith had been broken.
