摘要
设计并实现了电站锅炉燃烧优化软件平台。为软件平台设计了采用API连接SIS、采用OPC连接DCS以及采用Modbus连接DCS三种数据获取方法。并采用OPC规范完成燃烧优化软件平台各程序模块之间的数据传输,OPC服务器采用Wintech OPC开发工具完成。为优化平台提出了进程监护思路以保证平台的可靠性。采用可"组态"理念以及通用开放的OPC规范完成优化平台设计,确保了优化平台的开放性和灵活性。现场试验表明,此优化软件平台的设计理念和实现方法成熟可靠,完全满足锅炉燃烧优化平台的需要。
An optimization platform for combustion process of utility boilers were proposed in this paper.Three data access means were employed in the platform as follows:connection to SIS through API,connection to DCS through OPC and connection to DCS through Modbus.OPC,a general and open specification dedicated for industrial software,was further used for communication between the functional modules of the optimization platform.The OPC server was developed using Winteeh OPC development toolk to complete.A process monitoring method was proposed to enhance the reliability of the platform.The configurable characteristic and OPC specification make the platform relatively open and versatile.The field test result shows that the design and implementation thoughts were reliable and the interface platform was much applicable for the combustion optimization of utility boilers.
