摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,其治疗是要在控制血糖的前提下,辅以一些纠正代谢紊乱、改善微循环、营养神经等的药物,对减少或延缓DPN发生和进展常能起到较好的疗效。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes. The key treatment is to control blood sugar, along with the drugs of correcting metabolic disorder, improving microcirculation and trophicing nerve. It often can have a better curative effect to reduce or delay the onset and progress of DPN.
