摘要
以提高205 000 DWT散货船舾装先行率铁舾件的舾装先行率为目标,通过分析影响舾装先行率的因素,提出优化方案并实船验证,最终实现了缩短坞期、减少大型吊机的使用量、降低现场施工环境的危险度、减少补涂及相关施工量,从而满足PSPC等相关施工标准的目标要求。
Aiming at improving the ratio of outfitting pre-installation for the construction of the 205 000 DWT bulk carrier, through analyzing the factors affecting the ratio of outfitting pre-installation, the optimize scheme was set forth to decrease the cy- cle of boatyard, reduce the time of big crane using, decrease the danger grade of working condition and reduce the workload of re- pairing paint. The practical use showed that the scheme can satisfy the PSPC criterion.
