摘要
为充分挖掘仁怀市低丘缓坡土地资源的开发利用潜力,发挥区域土地资源的经济、社会与生态效益,以仁怀市数字高程模型(DEM)和2010年末仁怀市土地变更调查数据,采用综合指数评价等方法研究了贵州省仁怀市低丘缓坡土地资源的开发利用潜力。结果表明:仁怀市低丘缓坡宜建用地的理论潜力面积4 867.60hm2,占低丘缓坡土地资源面积的46.59%;宜耕用地理论潜力面积6 136.15hm2,占低丘缓坡土地资源面积的58.73%;宜林用地理论潜力面积8 592.75hm2,占低丘缓坡土地资源面积的82.25%。仁怀市低丘缓坡宜建用地可实现潜力面积1 140.26hm2,占可实现潜力总面积的38.92%,主要分布在二合镇、合马镇、茅台镇、高大坪乡、大坝镇、盐津街道、三合镇、坛厂镇、火石岗乡和沙滩乡;宜耕用地可实现潜力面积1 212.29hm2,占可实现潜力总面积的41.38%,主要分布在长岗镇、龙井乡、后山乡、二合镇和茅台镇等;宜林用地可实现潜力面积576.83hm2,占可实现潜力总面积的19.70%,主要分布在茅坝镇、学孔乡、二合镇、沙滩乡、三合镇和九仓镇等。
By using digital elevation model(DEM)and the survey data of land change of Renhuai City in the end of 2010,the development and utilization potential of mild slope of low mountains and hills in Renhuai of Guizhou were studied by integrative evaluation index to fully excavate the development and utilization potential and develop economical,social and ecological benefits of regional land resources.The results showed that the theoretical potential area for building,cultivation and forestry was 4 867.60hm2,6 136.15hm2 and 8 592.75hm2,respectively.They accounted for 46.59%,58.73% and 82.25%respectively of the total area of mild slope of low mountains and hills.The achievable potential area for building,cultivation and forestry was 1 140.26 hm2,1 212.29 hm2 and 576.83 hm2 respectively,accounting for 38.92%,41.38%and 19.70%respectively of the total achievable potential area.Land for building was mainly distributed in Erhe Town,Hema Town,Maotai Town,Gaodaping Village,Daba Town,Yanjin Street,Sanhe Town,Tanchang Town,Huoshigang Village and Shatan Village;For cultivation was in Changgang Town,Longjing Village,Houshan Village,Erhe Town and Maotai Town;And for forestry was in Maoba Town,Xuekong Village,Erhe Town,Shatan Village,Sanhe Town and Jiucang Town.
