干旱胁迫对苦荞麦花后生长及干物质积累的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Drought Stress on Growth and Dry Matter Accumulation of Tartary Buckwheat after Beginning-flower Stage

摘要 本文以2个苦荞麦品种(川荞1号和晋荞2号)为材料,研究了干旱胁迫对苦荞麦花后生长及干物质积累的影响.结果表明:干旱胁迫处理显著降低荞麦植株的每节节间长度和粗度,但不能改变整个植株节间长度(降-升-降)和粗度(升-降)的变化趋势.干旱胁迫对苦荞麦株高有显著影响,株高和分枝数均以正常灌水(W1)处理最高,比干旱处理高10.39%~40.21%,2个品种表现趋势一致.苦荞麦植株各器官的干物质量均以正常灌水处理最高,显著高于干旱胁迫处理,比其高15.04%~122.91%.苦荞麦植株干物质主要分配于茎中,其次为叶片、籽粒和根,但随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,在各器官中的分配比例没有明显的变化规律. In this paper,Tartary buckwheat cultivars of Chuanqiao 1 and Jing qiao 2 were used as tested objects to investigate the effect of drought stress on the growth and dry matter accumulation of tartary buckwheat after beginning-flower stage.The results showed that under drought stress the length and diameter of each intemode significantly decreased,but the variation tendency of drops-rises-drops in internode length and rises-drops in diameter were not altered.The drought stress significantly affected the height of tartary buckwheat,and the plant height and branch numbers of two cultivars were the highest with normal irrigation treatment (Wl),which were 10.39 %-40.21% higher than that with drought stress treatment.The dry matter weight of all organs with normal irrigation treatment (W1) was the highest,which were 15.04 %-122.91%,significantly higher than that with drought stress treatment.Dry matter of tartary buckwheat was mainly distributed in stems,and then turned to the leaves,grains and roots.However,its distribution ratio had not an obvious change regulation in various organs with the enhancement of drought stress intensity.
