摘要
为探明不同世代油菜田日本看麦娘(Alopecurus japonicus Steud.)对高效氟吡甲禾灵(haloxyfop-R-methyl)的抗药性以及对芳氧苯氧丙酸(aryloxyphenoxypropionate,AOPP)类和环已烯酮(cyclohexanedione,CHD)类除草剂的交互抗性,本研究将对高效氟吡甲禾灵高抗、低抗和敏感的油菜田日本看麦娘种群,在没有除草剂选择压的条件下人工栽培繁殖,并以种子生物测定法测定不同世代日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性以及对其它药剂的交互抗性。结果表明,采自江苏省句容市的JR1、JR2、JR3和JR4的4个不同世代日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的相对抗性倍数分别为50.12、41.97、45.37和57.21,采自江苏省丹阳市的DY1、DY2、DY3和DY4的4个不同世代日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的相对抗性倍数分别为6.26、4.33、4.20和5.88,不同世代日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性能稳定遗传。交互抗性测定结果表明,不同世代日本看麦娘种群对AOPP类除草剂的交互抗性也没有发生明显变化,交互抗性水平依次为精吡氟禾草灵>精喹禾灵>精噁唑禾草灵;而不同世代的抗性种群对具相同作用靶标的CHD类除草剂烯草酮较为敏感。
The objective of this study was to investigate the resistance of different generations of Alopecurus japonicus to haloxyfop-R-methyl in oilseed rape fields and their cross-resistance to other aryloxyphenoxypropionate (AOPP) and cyclohexanedione (CHD) herbicides.We had propagated the high resistant,low resistant and sensitive A.japonicus populations by artificial cultivation in no herbicide selection pressure,respectively,and then,the resistance of different generations of A.japonicus populations to haloxyfop-R-methyl and their cross-resistance to other herbicides were assessed by seed bioassay.The results showed that the relative resistance factors of JR1,JR2,JR3and JR4generation of A.japonicus populations collected from Jurong,Jiangsu province to haloxyfop-R-methyl were 50.12,41.97,45.37 and 57.21,respectively.The relative resistance factors of DY1,DY2,DY3and DY4 generation of A.japonicus populations collected from Danyang,Jiangau province to haloxyfop-R-methyl were 6.26,4.33,4.20 and 5.88,respectively.The resistance of different generations of A.japonicus to haloxyfopR-methyl was stable.The cross-resistance test showed that the cross-resistance of different generations of A.japonicus populations did not change obviously,in which the resistance was in order of:fluazifop-P-butyl > quizalofop-P-ethyl > fenoxaprop-P-ethyl.However,different generations of resistant A.japonicus populations were sensitive to clethodim,which was a CHD herbicide sharing the same target as AOPP herbicides.
