摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/正丁醇/正辛烷/硝酸铈溶液(氨水)形成的反相微乳液体系为反应介质,并辅以溶剂热法合成纳米二氧化铈.考察了反应温度和油相与助表面活性剂的质量比对二氧化铈粉体的影响,并对制备的粉体进行X射线衍射(XRD)以及透射电镜(TEM)表征.通过表征可知,微乳液溶剂热法可以直接制备出纳米二氧化铈颗粒,不需进行前驱体的焙烧;随着反应温度的增加,纳米二氧化铈颗粒的粒径逐渐增大;在油相与助表面活性剂质量比增大的过程中,纳米二氧化铈颗粒的分散性更好,产物聚团减轻.
CeO2 particles were synthesised in water/oil(W/O) reverse microemulsion composed of cetylt-rimethy lammonium bromide (CTAB) ,n-butanol ,n-octane ,cerium nitrate solution ,ammonia aqueous so-lution by the microemulsion-assisted solvothermal method .The influences of the reaction temperature and the mass radio of the oil phase to cosurfactant the ceria nanoparticles were studied .The CeO2 parti-cles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,and transmission electron microscope (TEM ) ,re-spectively .The experimental results showed that nano ceria particles can be synthesised directly by mi-croemulsions solvothermal method without the precursor calcined .The size of particles were increased with increasing of the reaction temperature .With the mass ratio of the oil phase to cosurfactant increa-ing ,the dispersibility of the nano-ceria particles were the better and the product reunion were alleviated .
