脑胶质瘤组织中CD133的表达及其与血管形成的关系

摘要 目的探讨CD133在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达和意义与血管形成的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测46例脑胶质瘤组织及5例正常脑组织中CD133的表达水平与CD34标记的微血管密度。结果 CD133在脑胶质瘤组织中表达,并随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增强,且CD133表达强度与肿瘤组织中微血管密度呈正相关。结论 CD133在胶质瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,可能成为判断胶质瘤的恶性程度及预后的有效指标。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of CD133 in glioma and the relationship with anglogenesis. Methods The expression of CD133 in the paraffin - embeded section of 46 cases of human gliomas and 5 cases of normal brain tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemistry method. The mierovessel density (MVD) of glioma and normal brain tissues were also exam- ined with anti - CD34 as the label. Results The CD133 was highly expressed in glioma tissues, and the expression level was enhanced with the increase of tumor malignancy. The expression of CD133 was positively correlated wih MVD of glioma. Conclusion The CD133 plays an important role in genesis and development of glioma; and might become an effective indicator for the evaluation of tumor malig- nancy and the prognosis.
