摘要
目的 探讨护理工作在药物流产终止早孕的过程中所起的作用.方法 对343例自愿选择药物流产的早孕健康妇女进行心理护理,服药前的指导,服药期间的观察护理,药物流产后的健康教育及随访追踪.结果 325例完全流产成功,成功率为94.75％.1例在观察期间因出血较多及时行清宫手术；17例在药物流产7至10天后复查,B型超声检查发现“宫内异常回声”,为不全流产而行清宫手术.早孕药物流产者没有发生大出血、感染等并发症.结论 护士在药物流产中起着重要的作用,护士应精心护理以确保药物流产成功使药物流产在计划生育中充分发挥作用.
Objective To study the effect of nursing on drug abortion for early pregnancy.Methods A total of 343 healthy early pregnancy women who chosed drug abortion voluntary,were given psychological nursing,guidance before taking medicine,observation nursing during drugs taken,health education and follow-up tracking after miscarriage.Results Totaled of 325 cases got complete abortion in 343 early pregnancy women by drug abortion.The successful rate was 94.75％.One case was undergone curettage for bleeding more during observation.＂ Abnormal echo in uterus＂ was found in 17 cases through B ultrasound 7 ～ 10 d after miscarriage,and these cases were given curettage.Due to the meticulous nursing and the clear guidance,no one had complication of massive haemorrhage and inflammation.Conclusions Nursing is very important in drug abortion for early pregnancy.The successful key of drug abortion is meticulous nursing.It may bring drug abortion into full play in family planning.
