摘要
患者,男,75岁,因纳差、乏力、反复发热1 mo入院,入院检查示肝肿大、血清铁升高及铁蛋白升高,经肝穿活检确诊为血色病及肝动脉造影确诊为肝癌.由于本病罕见,临床表现无特异性,早期诊断困难,晚期预后差.因此临床医师应提高对本病的认识,以提高诊疗质量.
A 75-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital due to poor appetite, fatigue and recurrent fever for one month. Physical examination revealed that he had hepatomegaly and elevated serum iron and ferroprotein levels. He was diagnosed with hematochromatosis by liver biopsy and hepatic carcinoma by hepatic angiography. Hematochromatosis is a rare condition that has no specific clinical manifestations, is difficult to diagnose at the early stage, and has a poor prognosis. Clinicians should raise awareness of the disease in order to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.
