摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定注射用三磷酸胞苷二钠的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用三磷酸胞苷二钠中总核苷酸的量,再采用高效液相色谱法测定三磷酸胞苷二钠的重量比,通过两者的乘积计算三磷酸胞苷二钠的含量,并将测得结果与纸电泳法对比。结果:此法可使三磷酸胞苷二钠与二磷酸胞苷二钠、单磷酸胞苷二钠峰得到很好的分离,所测得的结果与纸电泳法结果基本一致。结论:本法操作简便、可行、准确,适用于本制剂的含量测定。
Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of cytidine disodium triphosphate for injections. Method： Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total amount of nucleotide, and an HPLC method was adopted to measure the weight proportion of cytidine disodium triphosphate. The content of cytidine disodium triphosphate was calculated by the product of the above data. The results of the method were compared with those of paper electrophoresis. Result： Cytidine disodium triphosphate was separated completely from cytidine disodium diphosphate and cytidine disodium monophosphate. The results were gen- erally accorded with those of paper electrophoresis. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and Can be used in the content determination of cytidine disodium triphosphate for injections.
