摘要
针对大模数大型齿轮加工存在的问题,提出采用粗加工→半精加工→精加工的加工工艺方案;并将车工序和铣齿工序、热处理与机加工穿插进行。设计了粗加工铣刀和精加工铣刀,按固定弦齿厚进行检测,保证了加工质量。
Aiming at the existing problem of large-scale large modulus gear processing, the processing technology scheme of rough machining, semi-finishing and finishing was presented. The car process and alternation between gear milling process, heat treat- ment and machining were progressed. The rough machining cutter and finishing cutter were designed. By fixed chordal thickness for testing, the machining quality is ensured.
