摘要
文章通过文献综述的方法总结分析了国外公立医院补偿概况、改革趋势和我国公立医院现有补偿机制存在的问题及相应的解决方法,旨在为县级公立医院取消以药补医转换补偿机制改革提供科学依据。
To provide scientific basis for reform of converting compensation mechanism by cancelling the compensation sys- tem for the medical cost through drug-selling profits for public hospitals at the county level, this paper summarized and analyzed the compensation overview of the international public hospitals, their reform trends, the problems of existing compensation mecha- nisms of our public hospitals and the corresponding solutions through review study.
