儿科护理人员对皮肤撕除伤的认识探讨

摘要 目的探讨儿科护理人员对皮肤撕除伤的认识。方法选择重庆某三甲医院的儿科病房护理人员为研究对象,使用台湾财团法人佛教慈济综合医院伤、造口护理师许美玉自拟结构式问卷收集资料,共得有效问卷36份,回收率94.7%。结果研究中发现临床护理人员对皮肤撕除伤的了解不足,特别在皮肤撕除伤标准预防、皮肤撕除伤护理标准认识不佳,而国内无完整标准。结论儿科亟须建立皮肤撕除伤预防及护理指南,以作为临床护理依据。
