摘要 针对大断面巷道稳定性控制的难题,以内蒙古转龙湾煤矿大断面浅埋副斜井为背景,通过分析对原U型钢+钢筋混凝土支护方案优化的必要性,在理论分析和松动圈实测的基础上,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件对3种不同支护方案下巷道围岩变形和应力分布特征进行模拟研究。分析表明:锚网索支护方式增加了围岩的刚性和整体性能,避免围岩发生剪切、断裂等破坏;同时底角锚杆的设置有效地控制了巷道底鼓变形量。 Aiming at the problem of stability control in roadway with large cross section, the auxiliary shaft which is shallow buried with large cross section in Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia is taken as the background. Through analyzing the necessity of optimi- zing the former supporting scheme of U -shaped steel and armoured concrete, the FLACTM finite difference software is adopted to dis- cuss the surrounding rock deformation and stress distribution in three different supporting schemes on the base of theoretical analysis and loose circle test. The result indicates that the supporting scheme of cable anchor not only increases the rigidity and overall perform- ante of the surrounding rock, but also avoids the damages from shear and break, besides, the anchor at the basic angle controls the de- formation amount of the floor.
