摘要
利用全生命周期评价(LCA)方法,对某日产1 200万m3煤制天然气(SNG)项目进行分析,计算出每生产1 000 m3天然气需消耗2 435.71 kg标煤,34.44 kg油和0.62 kg天然气,总资源耗竭系数26.34 mPR90,总环境影响潜值为1.96 PET2010。此项目整个生命周期对全球变暖的影响最大,对粉尘的影响最小,说明SNG项目对局地性的环境影响相对全球性和区域性较小。
A SNG project with a capacity of 1.2 × 107Nm3 of nature gas per day was analyzed using life cycle assessment(LCA) method.The results show that 2 435.71 kg standard coal,34.44 kg oil and 0.62 kg natural gas are consumed to produce 1 000 Nm3 natural gas.The resource consumption coefficient and the weighted environmental potentials for production of 1 000 Nm3 natural gas are 26.34 mPR 90 and 1.96 PET 2010.The life cycle of SNG project exerted the most influence on global warming and has the smallest influence on dust.SNG affected local environment less than global and regional environment.
