摘要
从创新要素角度出发,建立可供国内外工业城市借鉴参考的柳州城市创新指数评价指标体系,结合统计学多指标综合评价方法,运用主成分分析方法进行了综合评价,以加权算术平均综合评价模型计算的得分作为城市创新指数.选取苏州、德阳的相关数据指标与柳州进行对比分析,计算出各城市创新指数,结果表明,在城市创新发展中柳州与苏州差距较大,但在某些方面较德阳具有优势,通过对比分析发现柳州在发展中的优劣势,对柳州未来的发展提出建议与对策.
From the perspective of innovation factors, the evaluation index system of city innovation index of Liuzhou has been established, which may give reference to the domestic and foreign industrial cities. Based on principal component analysis （PCA） to give weights and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method of statistics, comprehensive evaluation model of weighted arithmetic average score is used as the city innovation index. Comparing the relevant data index of Suzhou and Deyang with Liuzhou, innovation index of each city is calculated. The results show that Suzhou is better than Liuzhou in the urban innovation and development, at the same time Liuzhou is worth learning by Deyang in some respects. By contrasting and analyzing, we have found Liuzhou has some advantages and disadvantages in development and provided suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of the city.
