摘要
目的:探讨盆底肌锻炼对产后压力性尿失禁的影响。方法:将88例孕产妇随机分为观察组与对照者,每组44例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者在此基础上给予盆底肌锻炼指导,观察两组产妇的盆底综合肌力及尿垫试验阳性率。结果:观察组产妇的盆底综合肌力评分为(4.18±0.46)分,优于对照组产妇的(3.07±0.32)分,观察组产妇的尿垫试验阳性率为18.2%,显著低于对照组产妇的40.9%,两组产妇在盆底综合肌力以及尿垫试验阳性率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌锻炼能够改善产后盆底综合肌力,有效预防压力性尿失禁的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic muscle training on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods 88 pregnant women were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,44 cases in each group,cases in the control group were given routine health education,on the basis of this cases in the observation group were given pelvic foor muscle training,observed the pelvic foor integrated strength and the positive rate of pad test of cases in two groups.Results Comprehensive strength of postpartum pelvic foor score of observation groups was(4.18±0.46)%,better than that in control group(3.07±0.32),the positive rate of pad test of cases in observation groups was 18.2%,signifcantly lower than that in control group 40.9%,the difference of pelvic foor integrated strength score and positive rate of pad test between two groups was statistically signifcant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Taking pelvic foor muscle training can improve the comprehensive strength of postpartum pelvic foor,prevent occurrence of stress urinary incontinence effectively.
