摘要
共轨喷油器的液力系统参数对液力响应过程有很大影响,合理的参数匹配可以提高喷油器的液力响应速度、改善喷射规律。为分析喷油器液力系统参数的合理匹配关系,本文以德尔福(DELPHI)共轨系统为研究对象,以AVL HYDSIM软件为仿真平台,以系统轨压160MPa的台架实验为基础,建立了共轨喷油器仿真模型,考虑了控制活塞和针阀偶件的高压泄漏,同时验证了模型的正确性和准确性。采用无量纲参数法分析了各液力系统参数及其匹配关系对液力响应特性的影响,得出各参数的最佳范围。通过正交试验和综合评分法进行量化分析,得出各主要参数对喷油器液力响应的影响因子,并对各参数进行优化。
The hydraulic system parameters of common rail injector have a great influence on hydraulic re- sponse process. The appropriate matching parameters can improve the response speed of fuel injector and im- prove the injection. In this paper, in order to analyze the relations of the key parameters of the electronic-con- trolled fuel injector, a DELPHI common rail system electronic-control injector is used as the research object. The models of the injector are created with AVL HYDSIM software, which include the models of leakage at control piston and needle component under the high-pressure conditions. The correctness and accuracy of the fluid numerical model are verified by the test of the injector rate of the common rail system in the 160MPa rail pressure. Nondimensional parameters are used to further analyze and research on the hydraulic response and their relationship between the matching, then the best range of parameters is found out. By orthogonal test, an integrated score was obtained for quantitative analysis that the factor of key structural parameters, and the vari- ous factors were optimized.
