摘要
介绍了以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷薄片为载体 ,附载过渡金属及稀土金属氧化物活性组分制备的 CMT- A除臭催化剂。研究了化学组成对催化性能的影响。研究结果表明 :当氧化铜含量为 5 % (质量分数 ) ,且 Cu:Co=1 :2 (mol)时 ,催化剂的吸附性能最佳 ,与常用的活性炭相比 ,具有除臭效率高 ,抗湿性能好 。
A deodorant catalyst CMT A composed of transition metal and rare earth oxides was prepared. Effects of active components on deodorant efficiency were investigated. It was showed that the deodorant efficiency has the best value when the amount of cupric oxide is 5% (mass fraction) and Cu:Co is 1:2 (mol), the chemical analysis of exit gas showed that the effective odor disappears. Under the same conditions, the deodorant efficiency of CMT A is that of better than active carbon.
