柴芩清胃汤治疗中焦湿热型胃脘痛临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察柴芩清胃汤治疗中焦湿热型胃脘痛的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予自拟柴芩清胃汤,对照组用抗生素与抑酸药、黏膜保护剂联合用药(阿莫西林胶囊、法莫替丁、丽珠得乐)口服,1个月为一疗程,2个疗程后比较两组治疗效果并随访半年以上。结果:治疗组治愈21例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈13例,好转9例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:柴芩清胃汤治疗中焦湿热型胃痛疗效显著。 Objective: To discuss the Qingwei Chaiqin Soup efficacy of the treatment of coke heat stomach pain.Methods: According to clinical manifestations and diagnostic test results and history and treatment.Resuhs: The treatment groups: 21 cases were cured, improved in 7 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%.Control group: 13 cases were cured, improved in 9 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate of 73.33% between the two groups the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05 ), lhe therapeutic effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion : Chaiqin the Qingwei soup treatment hot and humid stomach pain effect is significant and worthy of promotion..
