结肠癌转移相关基因1和热休克蛋白90在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:8

Expression and clinical significance of metastasis-associated in colon cancer 1 and heat shock protein 90 in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的 观察胃癌组织中结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)和热休克蛋白90(HSP90)的表达,探讨两者与胃癌临床病理学指标之间的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测56例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中MACC1和HSP90表达水平.结果 MACC1在胃癌组织中表达率为69.64%(39/56),在癌旁组织中的表达率为7.14%(4/56),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HSP90在胃癌组织中表达率为64.29%(36/56),在癌旁组织中的表达率为5.36%(3/56),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).MACC1表达水平与胃癌浆膜浸润、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),HSP90表达水平与胃癌浆膜浸润、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05).结论 MACC1和HSP90有可能成为判断胃癌生物学行为的参考指标. Objective To study the expression of metastasis-associated in colon cancer 1 (MACC1) and heat shock protein 90 (HsPg0) in gastric carcinoma, and their relation to the elinicopatho- logical features. Methods MACC1 and HSPg0 expression in 56 cases of human gastric carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent coloreetal tissues was examined by using immunohistochemical method. Results The expression rate of MACC1 protein was 69.64% (39/56) in gastric carcinoma tissues, and 7. 14% (4/56) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (P 〈0. 01 ). The expression rate of HsPg0 was 64.29% (36/56) in gastric carcinoma tissues, and 5.36% (3/56) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (P 〈 0. 01). The expression of MACC1 was related to tumor size, histologie type, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and there was a close correlation between the expression of HSP90 and tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion MACC1 and HSPg0 may be potentially useful for assessing the biological behaviors of gastric carcinoma.
