摘要
农业推广体系作为科技与农业生产之间的纽带,其作用举足轻重。完善县级农业技术供给体系,政府应改革县级农业技术供给机构设置,理顺管理体制;搞好各行政村的农业技术供给服务工作;加强农业技术供给队伍建设;改进农业技术供给方式方法;加大农业技术供给的支持;发展多元化的农业技术供给主体,从而更好的为县级农业技术供给及农业生产活动提供保障,更好地为农业生产服务。
Agriculture extension system is significant in delivering technologies in agriculture production. The government should reform institutions and management approaches for improving the agricultural technology support system. It should seek to achieve excellence in providing technology services at village level, building a strong talent pool, and improving service delivering approaches. In addition, the more supportive policy should be pursued in offering agricultural technology and developing more technology providers. That is how the service could be improved for agriculture production.
