摘要
在明确了农产品冷链物流的作业对象及作业流程的基础上,针对我国农产品冷链物流发展现状,分析了目前冷链物流运作过程中存在的问题,构建安全评估指标体系,依据评估步骤,建立农产品冷链物流安全评估模型。
In this paper, after clarifying the objects and working process of agricultural produce cald-chain logistics and in view of the current status of its development in China, we analyzed the problems existing in the operational process of the cold-chain logistics at the moment, built its safety evaluation index system and then in accordance with the evaluating procedure, formulated the safety evaluation model of the agricultural produce cold-chain logistics.
