摘要
克拉玛依石化公司新建的丙烷脱沥青装置具有高温高压、易燃易爆、工艺复杂而连续性强、安全要求高等特点。本装置在DCS的基础上,引进了当前国际先进的安全仪表系统--ESD紧急停车系统。本文针对ESD紧急停车系统在丙烷脱沥青装置上的应用,重点介绍在仪表部分工程实施过程中TRICON系统的硬件组态,包括卡件组态和I/O点组态;SOE的功能及其实现过程;逻辑编程;以及INTOUCH人机界面组态和系统调试等各方面的技术实现。
The Propane Deaspalting Unit built by Karamay Petrochemical Company has the characteristics of high temperature and pressure, inflammability and explosion, with complicated process engineering and high safety demand. It also has the most advanced safety instrument system----Emergent Shutdown Device on the basis of Distributed Control System. This paper is based on the utilization of ESD in the Propane Deasphalting Unit which mainly illustrates the context as follows: the hardware configuration of Tricon includes configuration of circuit board card and I/O point, the function of SOE and its realized proedure, logical programming, the configuration of Intouch's man-machine interface and system test, ect.
