电动汽车与电网一体化信息交互系统设计与实现

摘要 为充分发挥电动汽车规模化接入电网的优势,考虑电网的安全稳定性,设计了电动汽车与电网一体化信息交互系统。介绍了系统结构、工作原理及主要功能。系统由电动汽车智能车载终端、充电站信息交互及接入装置、实时信息交互及监控管理中心、通信链路四部分组成,具有电动汽车信息监控、充电站信息监控、电池充放电智能提醒与告警、汽车充电排队情况实时查询、最短充电路径搜索、WEB发布、GIS显示等功能。该系统的开发应用为电动汽车大规模应用提供良好的基础平台,对保证电网的安全稳定有重要意义。 In order to take full advantage of the large scale connection of electric vehicle to power grid, and to consider the security and stability of power grid at the same time, the integrated information exchange system of electric vehicle and power grid is designed. The system structure, principle and main functions are introduced. The system consists of four parts, including the intelligent terminal of electric vehicle, the information exchange and access device of charging station, the real-time information exchange and monitoring and management center,the communication link. The system has functions such as the electric vehicle information monitoring,the charging station information monitoring, the intelligent alert and alarm of battery charging and discharging, the real-time inquiring of vehicle charging queue, the searching of shortest charging path, the WEB publishing and the GIS display and so on. The development and application of the system will not only provide a great basic platform for the large-scale application of electric vehicle, and but also has great significance to the security and stability of power grid.
