摘要
电力调度控制中心(EPCC)会议专门研讨电力系统调度控制中心的最新技术发展,着力解决电力系统调度运行方面的重大技术难题。文中介绍了2013年第12届EPCC会议的情况,对会议内容进行了分类归纳和概括。综述了能量管理系统、电网稳定分析与控制、广域相量测量与应用、可再生能源和柔性负荷、配电控制中心等重点议题,并就国内外相关理论与实践进行了简要对比分析。
The Electric Power Control Centers (EPCC) workshop is devoted to discussing the power system control centers' latest technological developments while focusing on resolving major technical problems with respect to power system dispatch operation. A description is made of the 2013 meeting of the 12th session of EPCC; the contents of the meeting are grouped and summarized, and an overview is given to such topics as the energy management system (EMS), power system stability analysis and control, wide area measurement, application of renewable energy and flexible load, distribution control centers, and other key issues. Also, relevant theories and practices at home and abroad are compared and briefly analyzed. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
