摘要
不确定度评定是定量表达测试结果精度的一种方法。本文介绍不确定分析原理,包括不确定分析模型的建立,不确定度分量的A类或B类评定,灵敏系数及合成标准不确定度的计算,并对合成标准不确定度进行简化分析,提出三种简化原则,结合实例,对简化原则的正确性进行验证。
Uncertainty assessment is a method of quantitative expression about accuracy grade. This paper introduces the principle of uncertainty analysis, including uncertainty analysis model, components assessment in type A or type B of uncertainty, the calculation of sensitivity coefficient and combined standard uncertainty, and carries on the simplified analysis to combined standard uncertainty, put forward three kinds of simplification principle, combined with the instance, the correctness of the simplifying principle is certified.
