摘要
提出了一种新的煤矿隐患管理与事故预防系统,系统建立了完整规范的隐患标准项库作为基础数据,实现了对隐患的闭环管理,并与事故分析相结合,提供了对事故的预测预防功能。系统通过统一的WCF层实现了与其它子系统的联动,并提供了基于Android平台的移动终端应用。通过现场工业试验,证明了系统有效提高了隐患的发现率和整改效果,减少了事故发生率和人员伤亡率。
This article proposes a new coal mine hidden hazard management and accident prevention system, which achieves a closed - loop management by establishing complete hidden hazard standard items as basic data, and provides a forecast and prevention function of the accident by combining with accidents analysis. Through the WCF layer, this system not only achieves linkage with other subsys- tems and also offers a mobile terminal application based on the Android platform. The industrial experiments show that it effecively im- proves discovery rate and rectification effect of hidden hazard, and reduces accident rates and casualty rates.
