摘要
以汽车变速杆操纵舒适性的数字化描述与等级划分为研究对象,从生理学和心理学角度分别选取作业强度和感知强度参数作为衡量人体舒适性的指标,确定操纵过程中操纵力与作业强度和感知强度的数学关系,并据此提出基于欧氏距离的操纵舒适性矢量描述;将这些舒适性矢量点集作为样本数据,采用模糊C-均值聚类分析进行识别分类,得到不同用力范围内的操纵舒适性等级,从而实现变速杆操纵舒适性的等级划分。
Taking the digitized description and grade classification of the handling comfort of vehicle gear shift level as study object,with operation intensity and perception intensity as the indicators for measuring human comfort from the angles of physiology and psychology respectively,the mathematical relationship between operating force versus operation intensity and perception intensity in operation process is determined,and according to which,a vector description of handling comfort based on Euclidean distance is proposed.With these comfort vector point set as sample data,a recognition/classification is conducted by using fuzzy C-means cluster analysis to obtain handling comfort grade in different ranges and hence fulfill the grade classification for the handling comfort of gear shift level.
