中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一组以气流受限为特征的肺部疾病，气流受限不完全可逆，呈进行性发展，但是是可以预防和治疗的疾病。COPD按病程分为急性加重期（AECOPD）和稳定期，急性加重期指在疾病过程中，短期内出现咳嗽、咳痰、气短和（或）喘息加重，痰量增多，呈脓性或黏液脓性，可伴发热等症状。临床实践表明中医药治疗本病疗效显著，现将2008年以来中药治疗本病的研究进展综述如下。
