摘要
人字齿轮机座在轧钢传动系统中有着关键作用。在实际生产过程中,人字齿轮机座频繁的早期失效给生产造成很大影响。文章进行详细的分析并提出解决方案,最终通过改造人字齿轮机座中的部分零件结构并采用滚动轴承替代原结构中的滑动轴承,解决了1 100 mm人字齿轮机座存在的主要问题。
Herring bone gear stand plays an important role in the rotation system of steel rolling. In the real producing process, the frequent earlier failure of herring bone gear stand has a strong effect on production. This article carries out detailed analysis and proposes the solution. Finally, it solves the main＂ problems in 1 100 mm herringbone gear stand by refor- ming the construction of parts in herringbone gear stand and using rolling bearing to take place of sliding beating in the original construction.
