摘要
高强度钢板冲压成形后的回弹问题是其应用中的主要问题之一。电塑性成形技术可以显著改善高强钢的成形性。以V形件为研究对象,通过改变电参数,对DP980双相高强钢在电塑性成形工艺下的回弹进行了研究。结果表明:随着充电电压和脉冲频率的增加,回弹减小量增加;弯曲时通电比冷弯后通电对回弹的抑制更明显。
The springback problems of high strength steel sheet is one of the major problems in its application. Electroplastic forming technology can significantly improve the formability of high strength steel. Taking V-shaped part as the object of study, by changing the power parameters, the springback of DP980 dual phase high strength steel was studied under electroplastic forming process. The results show that, with the increase of charging voltage and pulse frequency, the springhack reduction increases. Rebound inhibition is more obvious when the electricity is entered during bending than that after cold bending.
