摘要
本文运用新制度经济学的交易成本理论建构了一个分析高校组织效率的基本框架。在高等教育领域的交易成本和高等教育组织职能分析的基础上,将高等教育组织的交易分为高等教育产品生产过程的交易和高等教育产品交易过程的交易,然后分析了两种交易过程中存在的交易和影响交易成本的因素,得出了高等教育组织的组织效率取决于在高等教育产品的生产和交易两个过程中所能够减少的交易成本的结论。
The analysis of education organizations based on transaction cost theory has been conducted by some Chinese scholars. This article develops an analytical framework for the efficiency of higher education organization based on transaction cost theory. Based on the analysis of transaction costs in higher education and the function of higher education organizations, the article categorizes the transaction of higher education organization into production process and deal process. Then the article analyzes the transaction and factors influencing transaction costs within the two processes, maintaining that the efficiency of higher education organizations depends on the deduction of transaction costs within the two processes.
