摘要
目的探讨痔疾洗液联合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗性肛窦炎的疗效。方法 91名肛窦炎患者被随机分为两组,45例治疗组患者给予痔疾洗液熏洗,然后使用复方角菜酸酯栓塞肛;46例对照患者给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,然后给予复方角菜酸酯栓塞肛。治疗2个疗程后对比观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率为57.78%,总有效率91.11%,均优于对照组的治愈率30.43%及总有效率73.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔疾洗液联合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗肛窦炎有较好的疗效。
Objective To explore the effects on treating anal sinusitis with hemorrhoid lotion combined with compound carraghenates suppository. Methods Ninety-one patients with anal sinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group （n = 45 ） were treated by fumigation and hip-sit bath with hemorrhoid lotion, then by anal packing with compound carraghenates suppository. On the other hand, 46 patients in the control group were treated by hip-sit bath with the solution of potassium permanganate, then by the same use of compound carraghenates suppository. After 2 courses of treatment （20 days）, the effects were compared between two groups. Results The cure rate （57.58%） and the total effective rate （91.11%） of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hemorrhoid lotion combined with compound carraghenates suppository has better results in treatment of anal sinusitis.
