硬膜外腔消炎镇痛液持续输注结合臭氧注射对带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察硬膜外腔在持续输注消炎镇痛液基础上结合小剂量臭氧注射对带状疱疹后神经痛疗效的影响。方法60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为两组,每组30名,A组:硬膜外腔单纯输注消炎镇痛液组;B组:硬膜外腔输注消炎镇痛液的同时,每日通过硬膜外导管注射一次小剂量的臭氧组。观察2组治疗前以及治疗后不同时期疼痛程度变化,以视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且B组患者从治疗后的第二天起每天VAS评分均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外腔在持续输注消炎镇痛液的同时再结合小剂量臭氧注射,能迅速缓解疼痛,改善症状,是治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的有效方法。 Objective To observe the curative effects of anti-inflammatory-analgesic solution combined with low dose ozone injection by continuous infusion of epidural space for the treatment of postherpefic neuralgia. Methods Sixty cases with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups (n=30 in each group). Group A: epidural space infusion of anti-inflammatory-analgesic solution alone. Group B: epidural space infusion anti-inflammatory-analgesic solution combined with epidural catheter injection low dose ozone, once a day. The changes of painful degree were observed during pre-treatment and different period of post-treatment in two groups. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated by VAS score. Results In the VAS score, the post-treatment was lower than that pre- treatment in two groups (P〈0.05). Furthermore, since the second day of post-treatment, the every day VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A(P〈0.05). Conehlsion Continuous infusion anti-inflammatory-analgesic solution combined with low dose ozone injection in epidural space would promptly relieve pain and improve symptoms. It is an effective method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
