摘要
目的探讨磁共振静脉血氧水平依赖成像(VEN_BOLD)技术对海绵状血管瘤(CCA)和静脉血管畸形(CVM)之类低流速脑血管畸形的诊断价值。方法采用PHILIPS Achieva 1.5T磁共振扫描仪分析我院收治的39例患者64个低流速血管畸形病灶(37例CCA及5例CVM,其中3例为合并症)的常规MRI序列及VEN_BOLD成像特点,比较常规MRI序列和VEN_BOLD对低流速脑血管畸形的检出率。结果低流速血管畸形在VEN_BOLD序列上的表现较具特征,CCA可呈典型的"铁环征"、"黑线结征"以及"黑点征",CVM则呈"根须样"和"辐轮状"征象;VEN_BOLD比常规MRI序列可检出更多的低流速血管畸形病灶,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论VEN_BOLD对于CCA、CVM等低流速血管畸形的诊断具有显著优势,VEN_BOLD序列可作为低流速脑血管畸形的重要筛查手段。
Objective To investigate the value of VEN_BOLD in diagnosing cerebral cavernous angiomas. Methods To analyze the imaging of MR-VEN_BOLD of 39 cases of vascular malformation 64 low flow velocity in patients with lesions,including 37 cases of CCA and 5 cases of CVM, including 3 cases of complications. To comparison of con- ventional MRI sequences and VEN BOLD in low velocity rate of cerebrovascular malformation. Results Low velocity of vascular malformation in VEN BOLD sequence of performance more typical, CCA can show typical iron ring sign black line "sign) and black spots, CVM is sample roots and wheel shaped signs; VEN BOLD than conventional MRI sequences can be detected more lesions, vascular malformation low velocity differences statistically significant (P〈 0.001 ). Conclusion VEN_BOLD has significant advantages in diagnosising the low velocity of vascular malforma- tions, VEN BOLD could be used as an important diagnosis means for cerebrovascular malformation of low velocity.
