摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对高龄初产妇心理和妊娠结局的影响。方法:将116例高龄初产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各58例,对照组给予生理护理和产后指导等常规护理措施,观察组于分娩前后给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组产妇妊娠结局、心理状况和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组剖宫产率显著低于对照组,自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SAS和SDS得分均有所降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊高症、早产、胎膜早破和产后出血比例均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄初产妇给予积极的综合护理干预,能够有效改善产妇心理状况和妊娠结局,降低并发症发生率。
Objective ：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the mentality and pregnancy outcome of the elderly primiparas. Methods：116 elderly primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （58 cases in each group ）. The conventional nursing measures such as physiological nursing and postpartum guidance was implemented in the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention measures were taken in the observation group before and after delivery. The pregnancy out-come, psychological care and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results：The rate of cesarean section was significantly lower and the natural childbirth rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased to some extent, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significant- ly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; the proportion of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,premature delivery,pre-mature rupture of fetal membranes and postpartum hemorrhage was lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con-clusion ： The positive comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and pregnancy outcome of the eld-erly primiparas and can reduce the incidence of complications.
