肱骨外科颈骨折术后患者的康复护理及体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨系统康复护理对肱骨外科颈骨折术后患者肩关节功能的影响。方法将47例肱骨外科颈术后患者随机分为两组,观察组手术后给予系统康复护理,出院后继续指导康复锻炼;对照组给予常规护理、治疗和出院健康指导。出院3个月后随访,评估两组患者肩关节功能。结果两组在肩关节功能方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显好于对照组。结论早期积极有效的、系统的康复护理与指导锻炼可以有效改善患者肩关节功能。
