摘要 基于面接触润滑油膜测量装置建立了摩擦力测量系统,分别对润滑油膜膜厚和摩擦力进行测量,并通过两传感器对拉试验获得推力轴承的摩擦力矩,对摩擦力进行了修正。经过参数转换,得到μB/h0与收敛比K的关系曲线。结果表明,实际测量的曲线和理论曲线有相同的变化趋势;实测值大于理论值;理论认为μB/h0唯一由收敛比决定,而试验结果表明,它受滑块倾角、载荷的影响。 A friction measurement system has been incorporated in an old slider-on-disc lubricating film tester, which enabled the measurement of film thickness and friction in a slider-on-disc contact. Friction force calibration was carried out by mutual pulling of two sensors. One of the sensors simulated the friction force applied. By measured film thickness and friction force, the relationship was gotten between μB/h0 and convergence ratio K. The measurement showed close correlation with the classical theory, however presented high values than those in theories. The theory holds that μB/h0 is determined only by the convergence ratio. The experimental result shows that μB/h0 is also affected by the inclination and the load.
