血气分析仪测定动脉抗凝血电解质在危重患者中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血气分析仪测定动脉抗凝血电解质与生化分析仪测定静脉促凝血电解质的差异,评价血气分析动脉血电解质测定用于临床的可行性。方法以固体肝素锂-锌平衡动脉血气针采集动脉血用血气分析仪进行电解质测定,同时静脉采血用生化分析仪进行电解质测定。对2种方法结果进行方差齐性检验、配对资料的t检验、相关性分析及回归分析。结果两种采血方法的Na+检测结果无统计学差异,K+、Cl-检测结果经回归方程矫正后差异也无统计学意义。结论用血气分析的动脉血进行电解质测定,结果经回归方程矫正后可以用于临床。
