公民环境权是一项独立的、基本的人权。它包括公民对于环境的使用权、知情权、参与权和受到环境侵害时向有关部门请求保护的权利。
Right to environment is a separate and fundamental right of citizens.It comprises the right to manipulate the environment,right to information and right to requesting responsible agency for protection when the environment is encroached.
