摘要
目的探讨中药外治在风湿性关节炎中的应用效果。方法选取本院2009年10月一2012年12月风湿性关节炎患者168例，随机分为两组，84例患者采用中药汤剂治疗为对照组，84例患者采用中药汤剂加中药外用、红外线照射治疗为观察组，比较两组患者的治疗效果和临床指标。结果治疗后，两组患者的ESR、CRP、IgG、IgM均显著下降，两组患者的c3显著升高。观察组ESR、CRP、IgG、IgM均明显低于对照组，观察组C3明显高于对照组，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药外治风湿性关节炎中的应用效果显著，可明显改善患者的临床病症。
Objective To investigate application effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 168 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected in hospital from October 2009 to December 2012,who were randomly divided into two groups.g4 patients treated traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment as control group.84 patients treated traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine,infrared radiationtherapy as observation group.Treatment effect and clinical indexes were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, ESR,CRP,IgG,IgM in two groups decreased significantly,while C3 in two groups increased significantly.ESR,CRP,IgG,IgM in observation group were significantly lower than control group.C3 in observation group was significantly higher than control group.Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group.Difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine in rheumatoid arthritis is significant,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms.
