摘要
目的分析并评价知心护理对冠心病健康相关知识知晓率以及患者满意度的影响。方法按入院时间顺序将174例冠心病患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组根据健康宣教护理临床路径表对患者开展健康宣教。观察组在对照组治疗及护理的基础上,加强护理人员的培训,实施知心护理服务。并分别在患者入院时、出院时以及出院后90d时对患者的冠心病知晓率以及患者满意率进行调查。结果出院时及出院后90d观察组冠心病健康相关知识知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组满意率为85.06%(74/87),观察组满意率为97.70%(85/87),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=5.729,P<0.05)。结论知心护理能够增强患者对冠心病相关知识的知晓率,并提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the influence of intimate nursing on the knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction of patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods 174 patients with coronary heart diseases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the hospital admission time. The control group received health publicity and education according to the health publicity and education nursing clinical pathway. The observation group was assigned with strengthened nurses and received intimate nursing services on the basis of the control group. The patient's awareness rate of coronary heart diseases and patient satisfaction on admission, discharge and 90th day of discharge were investigated respectively. Results On discharge and 90th day of discharge, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the knowledge awareness rate of coronary heart diseases(P 〈 0.05); The control group had a satisfaction rate of 85.06%(74/87) and the observation group had a satisfaction rate of 97.70%(85/87), with statistically significant difference between the two groups (X^2=5.729,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Intimate nursing can increase the patient's knowledge awareness rate of coronary heart diseases and improve the patient's satisfaction to nursing services.
