小麦-黑麦二体代换系间杂交诱导染色体易位的研究 被引量:3

摘要 小麦-黑麦二体代换系间杂交,是诱导小麦-黑麦染色体易位的重要途径,有理论与应用价值。利用小麦-黑麦二体代换系1R/1D与5R/5A、6R/6A杂交,从杂交后代中,选育易位系。结果表明,F1减数分裂有19个二价体、4个单价体,有部分同源染色体配对和染色体易位现象;F2对普通小麦类型带有黑麦性状的24株杂交材料,进行原位杂交检测,共检测出10株有染色体易位,易位频率为41.6%。易位株系为:06-15-7、06-16-3、06-16-5、06-16-7、06-16-8、06-17-7、0617-11、06-17-15、06-17-16、06-18-5。由于亲本选配与植株检测有一定的目的性,易位植株均表现有应用价值,可作为小麦品种选育的基础材料。 Hybridization among wheat-rye disomic substitutions is an important way to induce wheat-rye translocation, which has important theory value and practical significance. In this study, translocation lines were bred from hybrid offspring that the hybridization of wheat'rye disomic substitution between 1R/1D, 5R/ 5A and 6R/6A. The results showed that F1 had 19 bivalents and 4 univalents in meiosis; homoeologous chromosome pairing and chromosome translocation phenomenon appeared. In F2, 24 common wheat types with rye traits plants were detected by genome in situ hybridization and obtained 10 plants with chromosomal translocation, and the translocation frequency was 41.6%. Translocation lines was 06-15-7, 06-16-3, 06-16-5, 06-16-7, 06-16-8, 06-17-7, 0617-11, 06-17-15, 06-17-16 and 06-18-5, respectively. Because parent selection and testing plant had a definite purpose, translocation plants could have a practical applications as well as the basis material for wheat breeding.
