中澳中小学校长专业标准比较及启示 被引量:6

摘要 中澳两国颁发的中小学校长专业标准在制订背景、制订主体、制订原则和标准内容等方面具有一定的共性,也存在显著差异。澳大利亚校长专业标准比我国校长专业标准更加重视标准研发机构的完整性,其内容更加灵活,赋予了校长更多的施展空间。比较中澳两国校长专业标准,可为进一步完善我国校长专业标准以及为研制其他教育领域专业标准提供借鉴:校长专业标准研制应坚持民族文化传统承袭和世界先进文化借鉴的有机结合;重视相关教育研究证据的支持,强调专业标准建设的实证性;强调普适性与灵活性的兼顾,崇尚教学领导力。
