摘要
针对采出污水外排问题,开展清水配制污水稀释和清水配制清水稀释聚合物注入能力研究实验。分析了不同分子量、不同浓度聚合物在清配污稀和清配清稀条件下不同的粘度关系,采用恒压注入的方法,进行多种方案聚合物溶液岩心注入实验。结果表明:聚合物分子量越小、浓度越小,注入能力越强,岩心渗透率越大,聚合物注入能力越强。通过对注入能力界限的划分,为矿场实际生产提供了选择聚合物参数的依据。
To solve the problem of sewage discharge,a study is developed on the injection capacity of polymer preparing with fresh water and diluting with produced water and diluting with fresh water.By analying the viscosity relationship of polymer solution with different molecular weight and concentration,multil-scheme core-tests are carried out with the constant pressure injection method.The results show that the smaller the polymer molecular weight and concentration and the bigger the core permeability are,the better the injection capacity of polymer solution is.After divided the boundary of injection capacity,this achievement provides the basis for choice of polymer parameters for field actual production.
