脑膜炎球菌性疾病和疫苗 被引量：3

摘要 脑膜炎奈瑟菌引起的感染性疾病谱很广泛，主要包括脑膜炎、脓毒症、肺炎等。在20世纪20年代之前，脑膜炎球菌性疾病的病死率高达70％。随着磺胺等抗生素的发现，其病死率明显下降。尽管有适当的抗生素治疗，但在过去的20年中脑膜炎病死率为9％～12％，而脓毒症高达40％。目前许多国家已将脑膜炎球菌疫苗纳入国家免疫接种规划，以有效控制脑膜炎球菌感染的传播，并进一步降低疾病造成的危害。
