摘要 为提高选煤厂钢丝绳芯输送带横断情况检测的精确性,减少人为观测误差,设计了选煤厂钢绳芯输送带横断检测装置,该装置采用X射线原理高速无缝采集透视装置,建立了钢丝绳芯输送带运行状态下的在线检测系统。文章详细介绍了钢绳芯输送带横断检测装置工作原理、组成及功能,实践证明该装置的应用可提高选煤厂钢丝绳芯输送带安全高效运转。 In order to improve the accuracy of the traverse broken detection for the steel core conveyor belt applied in the coal preparation plant and to reduce the error of the observation by man, a traverse broken device of the steel core conveyor belt was designed for the coal preparation plant. With the high speed seamless collection and fluoroscopy device with the X ray principle, the traverse broken device established a on line detection system under the operation status of the steel core conveyor belt. The paper in detail introduced the working principle, composition and functions of the traverse broken detection device of the steel core conveyor belt. The practices showed that the application of the device could improve the safety and high efficient operation of the steel core conveyor belt applied in the coal preparation plant.
